Majestic house on the outskirts of Inca, with private pool and well cared exterior. The perfect home for 8 people's holiday.

The exterior highlights thanks to the chill-out areas where you can truly enjoy the Mallorcan summer. It features a fabulous chlorine pool with an irregular shape, sizing 7 x 4 metres and with a depth ranging between 1 and 1.5 metres, where adults and children can revel in a refreshing swim in a quite environment surrounded by nature. In addition, you can sunbathe on one of the 6 sun loungers while the little ones play on the lawn. One of the most impressive details of the house is the wonderful views that you can admire from several spots outdoors: the area of sofas to have a glass of wine in the evening; the front porch, furnished with a fantastic dining table for 8 people, that goes on towards the other side of the house offering another dining table and area of sofas, perfect for a vermouth before lunch. There also is a barbecue to cook delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

This modern, spacious accommodation spans three floors and 400 m², thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Entering through the porch, guests are welcomed into the main living room with a large, comfortable sofa perfect for gathering and watching satellite TV together. On the same floor, a second living area offers additional seating and a formal dining space for six. Expansive windows fill the rooms with natural light and frame stunning views of the Pla de Mallorca.

The fully equipped, independent kitchen provides everything needed for culinary creations, including a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with direct access to the outdoor area for added convenience.

There are four inviting bedrooms for restful nights after a day of activities. The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, features a double bed, a closet, and access to the terrace. A charming bathroom with a bathtub completes this level. Upstairs, guests will find a cozy lounge with large windows overlooking the main living area below. Three additional bedrooms are located on this floor, each with a double bed and closet. One of these rooms includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another bathroom, equipped with a separate shower and a hydro-massage bath, offers relaxation with spectacular views.

The basement includes a garage, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board, and an additional bathroom with a shower. For comfort, the property is air-conditioned throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Traveling with a baby? A cot and high chair are available upon request.

If you want to visit the largest number of places in Mallorca, Inca is the best choice, no doubt. The house is located in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views up to the Bay of Alcudia. The distances with other points of the island are equidistant: you can visit the Tramuntana mountain range and the beautiful monastery of Lluc; the northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa; or the capital, Palma, which offers a wide leisure and cultural variety. In Inca you will find all services for an independent stay like bars, the traditional Mallorcan restaurants called "cellers", fashion shops. Every Thursday the town centre becomes pretty lively thanks to the weekly street market where you can acquire all kinds of local or artisan products.

The accommodation itself has three floors and 400 m2 featuring a modern style with all comforts for a perfect stay. From the porch we enter the first living room with a large and comfortable sofa where we can sit and watch satellite TV all together. The second living room, on the same floor, offers another sofa and formal dining area for 6 people. The large windows do not only allow the light in but also going on admiring the fantastic views to the Pla de Mallorca from the inside. The superb kitchen is independent and it offers everything a chef could need to cook his best dishes: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher ... apart from exit to the outside for your best comfort. Our guests will find 4 bedrooms to rest after a day full of activities. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and it presents a double bed, closet and exit to the terrace. A charming bathroom with a bath completes this floor. Going upstairs our guests find another sitting area with large windows which is open to the living area downstairs. The three other bedrooms are on this first floor. The three of them feature a double bed and a closet. One of them also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. There is another bathroom with an independent shower and hydro-massage bath -where you can enjoy and relaxing bath with spectacular views- for the rest of the floor. The garage, the laundry room -with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board-, and a shower bathroom can be found on the basement. Finally, the house features air-conditioning in the two living-rooms of the main floor and in all bedrooms. If you are travelling with your baby, a cot and a high chair also are available.
