All cottages are duplex-style and located on the ground floor (22 units total).

- Arrival and Departure Times: Rental Package (7+ nights): arrival from 5:00 PM - departure before 10:00 AM; Getaway Package (2-6 nights): arrival from 5:00 PM - departure before 11:00 AM.

- The "Rental" Formula (7+ nights): Cleaning kit, bed linen, bathroom linen, TV, WIFI access throughout the residence, baby kit on reservation (bed + high chair + bathtub), table tennis, outdoor parking (1 space per apartment), access to the semi-covered heated swimming pool (closed from November 3 to mid-April), access to the paddling pool (closed from November 3 to mid-April), access to the children's play area and the bowling alley, additional cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen area & dishes). Please note that while an additional end-of-stay cleaning is included, all accommodations must be returned clean and tidy. Failure to do so may result in charges.
